LIABILITY RELEASE: As perhaps you know, tent fumigation is heavy work. We take the position that we cannot be responsible for roof damage including screening, tiles, antennas, ducts, gutters, ventilators, solar panels, etc. unless such damage is caused by our gross negligence. If the building is sealed there is a possibility of paint chipping on removal of tape. The following have noted most but not necessarily all potential liability factors, as many homes are unique as to that aspect. Please initial the box that you understand the general liability statement as well as specifically obvious type liability factors. Please understand, however, that our trained crews will endeavor to render a quality fumigation procedure with minimum inconvenience to you. The above facts also apply to mobile homes, as this type roof is particularly vulnerable to damage. We will not be responsible for grass and shrubbery damage. Mobile home roofs may become damaged due to weight of equipment. They are exclusively not covered

Your contract charge assumes the above will be provided or attended to by the client. Should the company incur additional production man-hours or other expenses as a result of the client not providing any of the above, client agrees to amending the contract charge to include these expenses. Current production man-hours charge $50.00.

TIME OF FUMIGATION: WHERAS OUR CREWS HAVE MANY JOBS TO DO IN A DAY, IT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR US TO PREDICT ARRIVAL TIME PRIOR TO ACTUAL JOB DAY. ALL WORK IS SCHEDULED GEOGRAPHICALLY. SUMMARILY WE POINT OUT THAT ALL OUR JOBS ARE PERFORMED WITH THE SOLE INTENTION TO KILL THE TARGETED INSECT.

We assume no responsibility for delays or postponements due to acts of God or extreme, weather conditions, average temperature below 55 or winds exceeding 15 miles per hour.

NOTE: it is possible that ants might invade your home after fumigation. This occurs because the ants are feasting on the dead termites also at the same time you might see pellets (termite evidence) that were left in the existing galleries and are now pushed out by the ants. It is also possible to find other live insects in your house after the fumigation. This occurs because of the dosage of gas used in the fumigation might not be of the same level needed to kill insects other than termites. Some pests such as spiders, which are not an insect, require much higher dosage. Should you have any questions or concerns, please contact our office
